I have been using this product for about 3 weeks and can definitely see a difference. What’s great about it, is that it is a non greasy gel/lotion so it does not leave any staining on clothing and it also has a pleasant scent to it. I do suggest following the instructions about using close to mealtimes because I did find that I was extremely hungry when I did not do this. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this item to others!
