Overall I'm glad I bought it. My feet felt better after using it (especially after the massage feature). Low maintenance in terms of cleaning. I only wish that it could be used for a little bit longer than 20 minutes. Unless I misunderstood, it seems like you can only use water; I was hoping that it could also support herbal soaks. So far, no serious complaints. I'm thankful that I can have a foot spa whenever I need it in- between my longer stretches of salon pedicures.
