Miraculously transform any eye shadow into a long wearing, smudge-proof liquid liner. Simply place a few drops of Transformer into an eye shadow container lid, dip your brush into the solution followed by the eye shadow color and apply. .5 oz.
DirectionsDirections: To use with eyeshadow: Place 1 to 2 drops of Transformer into lid of shadow container (never put the liquid directly into the eye shadow). Dip the Eyeliner Brush/Eye Definer into Transformer. Glide the brush along the outer edge of the shadow. Apply to the eyelid creating a water resistant liner. To use over eye pencil: Gently brush Transformer over the penciled area to create the same water resistant seal.
