My LELO product does not work and / or charge. What should I do? In order to find out where the problem lies, please run through the following actions: Attempt to charge your LELO product. If the battery has been completely drained, it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED to begin to pulse, indicating charging is taking place. This is because the charger initially charges with a very low current to protect the battery. If the LED still does not respond after 5 minutes, please check that: The DC plug is firmly plugged into the DC socket. The mains plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket. If your LELO product has apparently completed charging but still does not work, ensure that the travel lock is not on. Hold down the + and – buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to turn the travel lock off. The LED will light up to confirm unlocking. Should all above actions fail, your LELO product may be faulty. Please return the product, charger and (if available) purchase receipt to the LELO office most convenient to you. Once the product has been confirmed as faulty, a replacement will be delivered to you promptly.

Can I use other chargers with my LELO product? It is important that you only use the charger provided. It is an advanced switching-charger with an automatic maximum current limit of 200 mA, 5 volts, specifically intended for use with the battery in your LELO product. Attempting to use any other type of charger (including chargers for other LELO products) is likely to damage your LELO product permanently.

Why does my LELO product take longer to charge than the manual says he / she should? Li-Ion batteries are never completely identical and thus their charging requirements also vary. This means that LELO pleasure objects may occasionally take slightly longer to fully charge than we indicate. However, LELO pleasure objects will always be charged to at least 95% capacity after one hour, so you need not worry that your experience will be affected negatively.

My LELO product cannot be turned off. What should I do? Your LELO product's core relies on a microprocessor, which can for reasons that are unclear sometimes malfunction, thus making the product impossible to control or turn off. Should this occur, connect the charger to reset the microprocessor. Your LELO product should automatically turn off. If this does not work and the product keeps operating, please remove the charger and let the battery run down. (We suggest wrapping your LELO product in a towel to keep noise levels discreet.) Once the battery is drained, try recharging. If your LELO product immediately starts vibrating again, the product is faulty and please contact us.

Can I use my LELO product in the shower? Your LELO product is splash proof, but is not designed to be a waterproof product. This basically means that it is fine to clean the product according to the instructions in the manual, carefully avoiding submersion and getting water into the DC socket or around the buttons. Using your LELO product in the shower will invalidate LELO’s warranty conditions.

Is there a way to make my LELO product less noisy? All vibrations, by nature, emit sound; a vibrating pleasure object can never be made completely noiseless. What's more, the sound level and pitch frequency of each individual product will vary. In order to keep noise levels to a minimum, LELO only works with the highest quality vibrator engines and is constantly looking into techniques to lower excess sound. As such, LELO products are comparatively quiet (<50 dB). However, should you find the sound level off-putting, you may want to lower vibration intensity.

Why does moving through the stimulation modes turn my LELO product off? When pressing the different quadrants of the interface dial, it is important to press down on the outer edge of the dial to properly activate the buttons underneath each quadrant, particularly when moving through the stimulation modes. Pressing too close to the center of the dial can lead to pressing more than one button at once, which may turn your LELO product off.

When I plug my LELO product in for recharging, a buzzing sound comes from the plug.How can I prevent this? The connection may be loose; try moving the DC plug around to see if you can stabilize it. Do the same for the connection to the socket in your LELO product.

Is it safe to use a silicone-based lubricant with my LELO product? LELO recommends that you NOT use a silicone-based lubricant with your LELO product, as this could make the silicone permanently tacky. A water-based lubricant is the safest option. If you wish to use a silicone-based lubricant, perform a patch-test first. You should also never use massage oil or hand cream as lubricants. However, note that LELO LUXE products are suitable for both silicone- and water-based lubricants.
