    Directions: 
    • Flip: Pull ampoule from outer sleeve. Flip the ampoule over and reinsert it into the sleeve with the applicator tip pointing outwards.
    • Pop: Center the ampoule between the thumb and index finger. With the applicator tip pointing down, squeeze firmly until the inner tube pops. You've just activated the whitening serum. Continue to squeeze until the tip is saturated with serum.
    • Whiten: Apply to each tooth's surface in a circular motion. Avoid sensitivity by targeting away from the gum area. Continue to squeeze the ampoule as you apply the serum until it is empty. The entire process should take about 2 minutes. Make sure you do not eat, drink or rinse for 20 minutes after you apply the Smile Whitening System ampoule to allow for optimal contact time. Use Smile Whitening System twice a day, ideally after brushing and flossing your teeth, morning and night, for a week.

    If I've already had a whitening procedure, how should I maintain my smile?
    Even if you have had in-office whitening, the best way to maintain your smile is to start with the twice a day for 14 day regimen. Then use GoSMILE once daily for maintenance or as needed depending on your stain index.

    How long do I have to leave it on my teeth?
    GoSMILE should be applied to teeth for 1-2 minutes. Spit out any excess. There is no need to rinse -- allow the remaining gel to evaporate off of the teeth (whitening effects keep working for 15-20 minutes after application).

    When is the best time to use GoSMILE?
    Because of its portability you can use it anytime and anywhere. But the best time to use GoSMILE is in the morning and evening after you brush and floss as part of your oral health care regimen.

    Can't I just use hydrogen peroxide?
    No, it is unstable in its natural form.

    I have experienced sensitivity with another whitener. Why?
    Most tooth whiteners use carbamide peroxide. Carbamide peroxide breaks down into urea and ammonia which causes sensitivity in some users. This will not happen with GoSMILE because it contains no carbamide peroxide.

    I noticed a small white spot on the surface of my gums after using GoSMILE...what is it?
    Very few people experience this but it does happen from time to time. The white spot is completely normal and safe. It is an indication that that area is slightly inflamed. There is no harm done to the soft tissue. Just wait a few minutes and it will go away. How should I use GoSMILE?
