Q: Why is there a product disclaimer and what does it mean?
A: The products available on this site include professional formulas which may cause undesired effects if used without necessary expertise. Please note that use of such products is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for any and all results of usage.

Q: How can I find out the status of my order?
A: You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail when you place your order, or

Q: What about backorders?
A: We hate backorders as much as you do! Please be assured that we work diligently on keeping our products in stock. There may be times in which you will receive two boxes from us as we needed to ship your order from two different distribution centers. In the event we cannot fill your order 100%, please reorder all items not sent.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on this web site?

Q: How much does it cost for shipping?
A: All orders ship for only $8.00
(Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands add $19.) Note: Flammable goods cannot be shipped via air.

Please note: Orders placed after 4:00pm EST will ship out the next business day.

Q: Do you have rush delivery?
A: Yes! If three days isn't fast enough, request expedited shipping for 2- or 1-day delivery. Two-day shipping is an additional $10 and overnight shipping is an additional $15. Most Michigan and southern California residents will receive their order in 1-day!

Rush delivery is not available for flammable products.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! International orders must be sent to sales@bebeautiful.com. A service advisor will inform you of shipping costs. Rates generally start at $35.

Please note: We are restricted from shipping some items internationally including Creative Nail Design and Essie Cosmetics.

Q: Do you ship to a P.O. box?
A: Yes! However, shipments to a P.O. Box or APO/ FPO are by standard USPS shipping. 2-Day and overnight delivery are not available. Flammable items cannot be shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO.

Q: Do you have a print catalog?
A: Yes!

Q: Do you have a call center?
A: Yes! Call 800.407.0355 for help or to place an order, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our call center is limited to catalog products ONLY. Customers cannot order website products via phone.

A: Yes! Throwing a party and need a 100 of this or 100 of that? Or perhaps you even need 1,000. No problem! Just send us your request to sales@bebeautiful.com and we will get back to you with special pricing where applicable.

Q: Do you have gift wrapping?
A: Yes! We make it easy to shop for friends and family with our extra special bebeautiful gift wrapping. Your gift order can be custom packed with our signature bebeautiful gift bag or gift box with our signature bebeautiful tissue and ribbon. We can enclose a personalized bebeautiful card with a message of your choice, all for only $5. To order, fill out the recipient�s name, address and your message on the order page. Our service advisors can also take your order over the phone or through live Internet help.
