I am on my 4th bottle of Nirena and I will not be without it ! I love it ! It is pH balanced and it causes no harm to use everyday. I have never ever felt cleaner in my life and I have used every cleanser and douche ever introduced. I also have a condition called vestibulitis, it is an auto-immune disease that flares up once in a while and they do not know why some women get it. It feels like you fell on the play ground and scraped yourself on the black top, it is horrible. My gyno, had me not using any soaps even on my panties, no softeners, no douching - nothing. I still had the problem. I saw this on this site, and bought some, I have not had a single flare up since I started using this every single day. I don't know if it is this Cleanser but I never have only one bottle in my home and the freshness I feel can not be beat by anything else I have ever tried. I will always by this product, I hope they never stop selling it.
