I like this pad and I actually like wearing it opposed to the other “pillow” type solutions I have tried. It’s hardly noticeable, comfortable and keeps me from sweating in that area too. All through the years I have noticed these wrinkles on other women and vowed to not let that happen to me! I hope to keep the wrinkles as superficial as possible. These work!! Don't read the reviews that say they don't last for 30 days because, if you read the directions, clean them periodically with soap and water and make sure there is no lotion/etc on your chest they will DEFINITELY last the 30 days. I've used them for the past 3 months and they rock! Very comfortable and saw results after using them for 2 nights. I had really bad wrinkles on my chest from sleeping on my side and now I have a nice smooth chest! I'm sold.

These really do work and my skin looks great when using regularly. If you know you have an event the next day they are great to wear a few nights before to guarantee no side-sleep wrinkles. However they last two weeks TOPS... mines usually done and gross by 10 days. If they drop the price to $15 they would be worth it.

item is not as pictured. It is a smallish triangle. It will not last the 30-60 days stated in the material. Count on 2 weeks before it loses sticking power if you use it nightly. Very expensive for it's size and how little time it lasts.

I disagree with the statement
I disagree with the statement that it does not last 30-60 days. If you keep oils/lotions off your skin it will last. Does get kinda yucky if you don't wash it as instructed. I think, for the price, it works incredibly well. There are no procedures that I know of that will get rid of wrinkles on your chest the way this does.
And...it's very comfortable to sleep in.
