Cardinal Comb incorporated and began manufacturing combs in 1969, with the purchase of five basic comb molds. Investments in additional molds and machinery and expansion of our product line have resulted in Cardinal's fine reputation and viable presence in both the Beauty and Barber and the Retail industries. In 1986 Cardinal built a vented brush mold, which expanded our line to include brushes, and we then changed our name to Cardinal Comb and Brush. We have continued to enhance our product line to become one of the most unique and comprehensive manufacturers of combs and brushes in the entire world today!
