Just stroke Universal Brow Definer™ over the skin in your eye brow area and watch as it automatically changes to the color of your own individual eyebrow color. Press Perfect Brow™ Gel over the Universal Brow Definer™ and your brow transcends to a perfect three dimensional eye brow. Individual eyebrow strokes are given shape with refractive light facets. Even a close-up camera lens can't tell which brow hairs are your own and which arrived, picture perfect from Brenda Christian. No need to worry about color selection. Universal Brow Definer™ and Perfect Brow™ Gel are always your perfect color ranging from Swedish Blond to African American Ebony.
Perfect Brow™ Gel is designed for sensitive skin and is fragrance free, hypo allergenic. One tube of Perfect Brow™ Gel should last about four months with daily use. Step 1: Sharpen your Universal Brow Definer™ using your Precision Blade Sharpener™. Insert your pencil and make short quarter turns. The blade will actually create a sharp wedge at the tip of the pencil for the specific creation of eyebrow hairs.
Step 2: Apply Universal Brow Definer™ to the Eyebrow in very short, firm strokes working in the direction of the brow hair's natural growth, forming tiny little strokes from the roots. Whether you are filling voids in the brow area due to scar tissue, waxing or tweezing errors, or loss of hair due to Alopecia or chemotherapy, always follow the basic, natural brow shape.
The pencil has been designed to make the hair strokes fatter at the base, thinning to its end, just like natural brow hair.
Step 3: Set Brow Definer with Perfect Brow™ Gel for long-lasting, natural brow appearance and to enhance the color of your eyebrows. After applying Universal Brow Definer™ press Perfect Brow™ Gel over the entire eyebrow area. The special wiper/brush delivers a premeasured amount of Perfect Brow™ Gel to the Brow Definer™ application. The Perfect Brow™ brush is actually hollow and is filled with gel. The wiper/brush controls the application of gel so that the brows are always perfect and never appear wet or shiny.

This is definitely the BEST eyebrow product ever! I have very sparse eyebrows and this is the first product I've used that both matches my color and fills in without looking `drawn on'. I highly recommend this brow pencil and the sharpener that goes with it!!! I buy them two at time, so I always have a back up. I also gave one to my friend going through chemo for breast cancer. Hello there, I would love to rate this product, which I have been using for about 10 years. First off......unlike the other pencils that make your brows look unnatural and dark, this product only enhances your brows. due to the fact that it has No color, when this Universal Brow Pencil goes on.......it is so....natural, matching whatever color brows you have,.....whether brown, black, or blonde. What else could a woman truly ask for in a makeup line?
I would encourage every WOMAN out there to try it....and I guarantee you will only want to purchase it thereafter. Oh how could I forget,....it last very long........before having to purchase again. I would say up to 4-6months!!
