Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: If any product is not 100% satisfactory, simply return it within 60 days and we'll issue a full refund of purchase price with no hassles. Guaranteed! Please allow 10-14 business days for your credit card refund to process upon receipt of your return. Send your package insured and prepaid (we recommend FedEx). Please note special orders or gift wrap charges, or outlet store items are not refundable. Include your packing slip or invoice number and reason for return.
